We engaged them on a very complex project- lifting and moving our old home, pouring a brand new foundation, and finishing a new layout for the kitchen and fully designed bedroom. I could go into nitty-gritty details, but I think our biggest takeaway was the level of trust we had in Chicago Design Build to do the right thing and make the right decisions. They orchestrated the whole thing and amazingly came in under budget. They fielded tough questions and worked hard to alleviate all concerns so we didn’t have to. More importantly, they are professional and talented people that you can trust.
