We assess the site, gather information about zoning and regulations, and discuss budget and timeline considerations. This stage enables us to establish a solid foundation for the design process.

Our talented architects and designers develop concept sketches and preliminary layouts during the design phase based on client input and site constraints. We present multiple options, allowing clients to choose a design that best aligns with their vision. This stage includes material selection, finish choices, and collaboration with engineers and other specialists.
Design (8 – 12 Weeks)

Refine (3-5 Weeks)
Once a design has been chosen, we move into the refinement stage. Our team works closely with clients to fine-tune the design, making any necessary adjustments and incorporating client feedback. This process ensures the final design is functional and aesthetically pleasing while adhering to the project’s budget and timeline.
Build (10 – 28 Weeks)
With the design finalized, we transitioned into the construction phase. Our experienced construction team leads transforming the design into a reality. We manage all aspects of the construction process, from obtaining permits to coordinating subcontractors, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget. Regular progress updates and on-site meetings ensure that issues or changes are addressed promptly.
Warranty Phase
At Chicago Design Build, we stand behind our work. Once construction is complete, we enter the warranty phase, providing clients with the peace of mind that their investment is protected.
